Shipping
We ship Monday through Friday from our fulfillment center. Orders placed before 12pm EST typically ship the same day. Standard U.S. delivery takes 3–5 business days. Complimentary shipping on orders over $75; a flat $7 rate applies to smaller orders.
Expedited delivery
Need it sooner? Expedited (2-day) and overnight options are available at checkout, calculated by destination and weight. Orders placed by 12pm EST ship the same business day.
International
We currently ship within the United States. Canadian and global shipping are coming soon — join our newsletter to be notified first.
Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email raynaesocials@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Final-sale items, opened candles, and personalized pieces are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange eligible items for a different size, colour, or piece of equal value. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll guide you through the process.
Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 10 business days of shipping, please contact our team and we'll make it right at no charge to you.
Gift returns
Received a Rayna gift? We're happy to offer store credit for eligible returns — no need to involve the giver. Email us with the order number printed on the gift card.
